For the last two years, we have been working closely with our neighbors and community representatives to develop a Small Area Plan for the Utica Midtown North area. The plan provides a framework for positive growth and development in the area that is mutually beneficial for businesses and property owners alike. Wednesday, we received this resolution from Mayor Bartlett recognizing Hillcrest Medical Center for our involvement in this process.
